Shavasana (The Corpse Pose)

This pose has a scary name and seems to be a very simple pose to do, but this pose involves more than just lying on your back, it needs concentration to be able to perfect this pose. By performing it regularly you will be able to do it. This asana, when correctly done, will help relieve stress and fatigue. It will aid you in overcoming constipation, fatigue, asthma, indigestion, diabetes and sleep disorders.

These 3 basic routines will assist you by cleansing your body from your smoking lifestyle and moving you to a healthy lifestyle.
